Returns & Exchange Policy

RETURNS FOR UK ORDERS

We hope that you love everything you buy from us. However, if this is not the case, we promise to refund or exchange any item you are unhappy with.

Items should be returned in a saleable, unworn and undamaged condition in its original packaging with all tags attached. If tags have been removed, we may be unable to process a refund. If you want to cancel/return your order you must tell us within 14 days (beginning on the day you receive the goods), and you then have 14 days to return the items. You’ll need to pay for any postage fees for your return, and we strongly recommend you use a recorded delivery service and keep proof of postage. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, and we cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us.

 We aim to process returns as quickly as possible. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment and will exclude postage. If you have returned your items by post for a refund, you should typically receive the money back into your bank account within 5 working days of us receiving your return. However, during particularly busy periods, it can take up to 14 working days to process your refund.

 

RETURNS ON FAULTY GOODS

If your goods are faulty when they are delivered, you may return the faulty goods to us. In order to return faulty goods, you must contact us at returns@amvyclothing.com to inform us that you wish to return the goods within 7 days from the date of delivery. We will then provide you with details of where to return the goods and how to complete the returns process. You will be responsible for the costs of delivering the goods back to us. If you return the goods to us, we will (at our option) repair or replace the goods or provide you with a refund of the purchase price and the price of delivery.

If we repair or replace the goods we will deliver the repaired or replaced goods to you at no additional cost to the delivery address you specified when you purchased the goods.

If we provide a refund we will pay it to the account you used to purchase the goods. Subject to the product being unused and unworn with all the tags intact as at the time of receiving the outfit. EXCHANGE

We have a No exchange policy unless the goods are faulty. If you, otherwise, wish to exchange a product, please return the product following our return policy and place a new order for the item you wish to purchase.
